Upgrade

Graphic Design is kinda my thing.  The fact that my laptop was on its last legs had me worried.  The screen had gone out so I had it hooked to a separate monitor.  The hard drive was near-to-full so I had an external hard drive attached.  It had ceased being a laptop and was now a desktop.

I recently got the green light for a rather large project.  I imagined my poor computer dying mid-way through completion.  Well, mot poor computer now has a big brother.

I bought a new laptop today.

17.5 inch monitor, 4 gig of RAM, 350 Gig hard drive, fingerprint security, built-in webcam, DVD/CD burner and reader.  It's one of Dell's Studio series.  Long story short, this series is designed for graphic designers and photographers.  I'm quite happy with it.

Bought Office 2007 and got it installed.  Now I just have to get Adobe CS4 and I'll be set.
